Rocket Science on Display, Niagara Aerospace Museum
Two rocket nozzles, two stages in the construction of the same engine model: The engine on the left has the cooling tubes drilled through the throat; the one on the right has had the turbopump feed and combustion chamber welded on. Once I realized it's all straight holes, the whole thing was quite obvious to me - ingenious, certainly! but also clearly understandable.
