General FAQ

Here are answers to frequently asked questions sent to the support department.

If you have a question you would like addressed, please send an email to support@LimitedEditionPhoto.com and we will respond as quickly as is practical.

Q. I *really* wanted a copy of the print for [some date] but it's been sold out? Is there any way I can get another copy?

A.

No, once the prints have been sold out for any given date, we permanently mark the original source file so no more copies can be made. (That's how they get go be "limited edition photos" - only a limited number are available.) Once an issue has sold out, the only way you can get a legitimate copy is to buy it from someone who already has a copy - one of the original purchasers of the print, or someone they sold it to.

Q. I bought a copy of the print for [some date] which is now sold out. I'd like to sell my copy. Is there some way to do that here?

A.

We are working on a system where early purchasers will be able to sell their copies of our prints once the original issue has sold out. If you would like to be notified when the system is working, send us an email message asking to be put on the seller's list.
